A Socratic Leadership Skills developer, Aditi is an Associate Certified Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ACC-ICF). A keen and curious observer of human behaviour, Aditi is also certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Storytelling. She has authored two short stories, Nimki & Naanu(Kindle) and It’s the heart that matters (Storyweaver) and a poem compilation, I am told: I am too much (Kindle).

Aditi believes that storytelling greatly adds to facilitation and positively impacts learning in training sessions. As a storyteller with the Jaipur Literature Festival Outreach program, she has also taken stories to those that cannot get to them. Aditi also uses art in facilitation and coaching as a tool for self-exploration and expression.

She is the founder of Skills Infinitum. She coaches corporate leaders, NGO changemakers, parents, educators, coaches, entrepreneurs, individuals, teams and couples to facilitate progress in personal and professional facets.

Aditi has served on the Leadership board of the ICF Delhi NCR Chapter as the Director for Communication and Marketing, for two consecutive terms from 2015-2019, managing the chapter’s social media presence, communication and publications.

For nearly two decades, Aditi has worked with individuals and teams at all levels, facilitating learning and coaching at organizations like CME India, IBM Daksh, Carphone Warehouse, Sarvahitey, Think Culture Foundation, SOS, Sightlife, Egon Zehnder, Evalueserve, Genesis Burson Marsteller, Erickson Coaching International (India) to name a few.

She has also been a speaker at various conferences and webinars at NHRD (India), Mindfulness Leadership Summit, India and ICF Delhi NCR Chapter. She’s run workshops and has contributed at student learning events at various educational institutions like Ansal University, IILM, NDMC, Kunskapsskolan Schools, KR Mangalam World School and Vega.

Aditi has undergone Steven Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Program Management Fundamentals and Measuring Effectiveness in training. She is also a Certified Champion Manager.
